📍 SHIPPING COVERAGE We ship to:
- Domestic: All across Mexico via DHL, FedEx and Estafeta
- International: United States, Canada and Latin America
- Rural or hard-to-reach areas may experience additional delivery times of 2–5 business days
📦 PREPARATION AND PACKAGING The AXISHOT is a precision device. Therefore:
- Each unit is individually packed in a rigid box with protective foam
- A security seal is included to verify the product has not been opened
- The package includes: tripod, remote control, user manual and warranty
- Approximate package weight: 850 g
- Package dimensions: 38 cm x 12 cm x 10 cm
🔎 ORDER TRACKING
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 hours of payment
- You can track your order in real time from our store or directly on the carrier's website
- You can also contact us at shipping@axishot.com with your order number
📋 DELIVERY ADDRESS
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct address
- Always include: street, number, neighborhood, zip code, city and references
- AXISHOT is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
❌ UNDELIVERED ORDERS If your order could not be delivered:
- The carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- If no one is home, a notice will be left for pickup at the nearest branch
- If the package is returned to our warehouse, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility
🔁 EXCHANGES AND RETURNS DUE TO SHIPPING DAMAGE
- If you receive your AXISHOT with visible damage to the packaging, take photos before opening
- Notify us within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt
- A free exchange policy applies for transit damage that is properly documented
